Terms of Service 1.The Commissioned Art will only be sold to the client requesting the commission. I will not resell the for mentioned commissioned artwork to another client. 2. It would be in the best interest for Client to allow me to link the Client's site to my webpage if I wish. Also it would be great if we link swapped. 3.You will credit me for creation of the image. Including my website 'scheppel.com' would be appreciated. 4.I would love a copy of the image in it's final printed form :D 5.While every effort will be made to ensure that this website and created content are free of errors, I cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it. 6.I will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines. 7.I will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents. 8.I cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. I reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material. 9.I will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between 'The Client'( who commissioned the image) and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of 'The Client'. 10.I will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents. 11.Unless decused beforehand, A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required with any commission before any project will be started 12.Once a commission had completed the final full payment is then due. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if needed. 13.I reserve the right to refuse to use in any way, material which may be deemed offensive or illegal. 14.outstanding accounts for work carried out by I are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless other arrangements are made with I 15.I retain all rights to the image unless certain rights are negotiated in the agreement.
